REFUND POLICY

At TL Stride, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELEGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Customers may request a refund or exchange if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is significantly different from the order placed

To qualify, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse

TL Stride reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Worn footwear
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or special-order products

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Defective items
  • Wrong products delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by TL Stride.
  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
